Topic: UCX II & ARC USB Standalone bug?

Hi!

Really liking my UCX II and the ARC USB. However, I have a question:

I've set the ARC USB buttons as I like them using Totalmix. However, when I am running the UCX II standalone, the ARC USB sometimes follows my mappings, only to suddenly (and seemingly randomly) revert to some default settings that are useless to me and throw my mix off.

Is this a known bug? How would I be able to prevent this from happening?

Hi, afaik the mappings you do in total mix are not saved to the interface. for the interface the arc defaults to some fixed mappings, maybe check the manual.

Okay, checked and that's indeed the case.

I wish there was a way to save them. Obviously... In any case, thanks a lot for pointing me to the right direction!
