Topic: BABYFACE Pro Firmware update problem

Hi all
I have this Babyface Pro which I have not used for almost a year.
I tried to update the Firmware recently using Flash Tool.
The Flash Tool detected the Firmware but was unable to update it.
Can anyone offer help? Thanks a lot.

Can you try this with another USB port or cable, or with another computer?

I take it the screenshot is after you clicked on the update button or did you get another error when you did that?
