Topic: [Solved] Fireface 400 issue status device power failure

Hi everybody. Today suddenly my ff400 stopped working.
I've tried to uninstall legacy drivers and reinstalling em but nothing.

I get an error when trying to update drivers "unable to start the device" (code 10)
STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

Please provide more details about the setup. Can you test the FF with external power supply? Does the device turn on at all?

Yeah it turn on at all with external power supply. But always red dot on! Some issue unable to start the device" (code 10)
STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.

Have you tried another FW cable?

I've solved changing the PCI card with another new one!

maybe the old one was damaged so i've replaced the old one with a brand new one and it works now.
