Topic: Mirror outputs with RME UCX?

I want to 'copy' the output of channels 1 + 2 (going to speakers) to 3 + 4 (to send to an audio recorder).

Is this possible with the UCX? Been using it for years and I still can't make head or tail of the mixer!

Right mouse click on the outputs - you get the options Copy/Mirror that output, and then see Paste options on other outputs. These options are also listed in the manual, page 56.
