Topic: Micstasy and Octamic XTC -> MADI -> Fireface UFX+

I have connected an Octamic XTC and Micstasy M in series via MADI to my Fireface UFX+.

Usually and as intended in TotalMix FX input (first row) with the Fireface UFX+, the mapping appears as follows:
Micstasy M inputs 1-8 appear on channels MADI 1-8 in TotalMix Fx
Octamic XTC inputs 1-8 appear on channels MADI 9-16 in TotelMix Fx.

But sometimes / most times after power on the mapping appears as follows:
Micstasy M channels do not appear at all in TotalMix Fx
Octamic XTC inputs 1-8 appear on channels MADI 1-8 in TotalMix Fx.

It then takes me a couple of power off/on cycles (very annoying if you are going for a live transmission very soon) to establish the intended mapping.

What can I do?

PS: Remote control of the Micstasy M (MIDI over MADI) currently isn't possible though it was possible even with the serial setup in earlier times. Maybe you can give me a hint also for this, or these two problems are interlinked.

First deactivate XTC remote in TotalMix.
Then check your device IDs.
If the XTC is in first position, give it ID 0.
Then Micstasy ID 1.
Or use automatic ID.
