I'm having noise issues with my new UCX ii...

As soon as the device is turned on I'm getting audible trashy, computer noise. Gets louder as I hover over software and click.

Tried heaps of fixes..Isolating the issue to this device on this PC

Just had a new PC built for audio only, windows 10, gigabyte Z590 mb, I7 LGA 1200.

Earlier threads suggest USB filters etc. Surely there is a workable solution without going to this extreme. Have I chosen the wrong motherboard/processor?

The USB connection (via the supplied cable) with the UCX ii is really loose (disappointing) & jiggling it varies the noise.

I've been running my incredible FF800 for over 15 years & never had an issue (repaired the PSupply once), So I'm not sure what to think of current QC.

Any ideas much appreciated
