Using a fireface 400 with a pc running windows 10 (using a pci firewire card)

I get a lot of restarts the moment I touch anything with audio at completely random times,

sometimes it works for a long time without any issues, and besides the restarts everything else works perfectly...

any fixes to this?

is there some way I can tell my pc to not restart for any errors related to this device?
