Topic: RME Support

We have a problem with our Digiface Dante, not seen in Dante Controller,
mailed this Question to support, but we get no answer ??
Even after i called them, which was btw not very friendly and professional too
Is that the way Support works at RME ???

You called first and then sent an email. I forwarded it and there was a delay with that, sorry.
Meanwhile, I sent you the correct driver to use, did you see that?
