Topic: RME Fireface UFX ASIO driver won't load - Self-test numbers in body

Hello,

My RME Fireface UFX ASIO driver no longer loads inside Cubase 12.

I see the following numbers when I turn on the unit in the hardware test:

212598/FFFF/FFFF/18/0/230

I'm guessing this is bad. Does this unit need to be sent in for repair?

EDIT: Restarted it a couple of times and it reported the same, but after 4th restart got it to report 6/0000/0000/18/0/230

Still can't load the driver so doesn't mean much.

Yes, those numbers clearly show an issue. Please contact your local distributor for service.
