Topic: protools AAE -6101 error with catalina 10.15.7 and fireface 802

Hi,
since updating to catlaina 10.15.7 I get AAE -6101 errors even with small sessions on ProTools 2022.5 and fireface 802 usb with fw_mac_341 driver. When switching to built-in output on the mac book I don't get the error message and playback is fluid.

Working on a MacBookPro mid 2012, 2,3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

Anyone has an idea how to solve the problem?

'802 USB' with a FireWire driver? And version 3.14 clearly says 'from macOS 11 and up'. Solving the problem might start there. Using the USB driver with the USB port might be an even better (and future proof) solution.

I went back to usb_mac_3221 and updated fut_usb_mac (to USB17) but the AAE -6101 errors persist.

Before the update to Catalina 10.15.7 much bigger session played perfectly. Driver usb_mac_3221 readme says "form mcOS 10.12 up to 10.15.7.
Do you have any other idea?
