Topic: Fireface UC won't power up - blinking light on power cord.

Hello,
I've had my FF UC since 2013, without a single problem.
This morning, after a storm, although I did cut the power, it won't power up.
The light on the chord is blinking when plugged into the power input.
I've tried another genering 12VDC adapter I had lying around, it doesn't work any better.
I've seen this question asked a number of times, without very helpful answers.
The ac cable wiggles a bit more than I seem to remember, but it's not really something I ever paid attention about. (both with the original one and the other)

I don't exactly feel like spending 30€ on a replacement adapter to find out it does not make a difference.
If anyone has helpful info, it would be appreciated.
Thank you

The blinking light on the ps says either the PS can no longer supply enough current (because it is defective), or it is overloaded (the UC draws too much current - UC defective). As you tried a second ps it looks like the UC is defective.

Thank you for your reply,
I see, that's what I was afraid to hear, I suppose I have no choice than to contact support and have it sent for repair...
