Topic: ARC USB + Fader Group behaviour

Hello All,
I have setup a 5.1 monitor system by grouping some output faders with the Main fader.
I also have a pair of alt monitors assigned to the Speaker B fader which is linked to the Main fader.
I use an ARC USB to control the monitor levels.
Everything works as expected, all the faders move in sync with each other, until I switch to Speaker B then the faders grouped to the Main do not move when I use the ARC. They do however still move in sync when I use the mouse.
Anyone else experience this behaviour ?
Very frustrating as the surround outputs get out of sync with the Main fader every time I switch to Speaker B.

Re: ARC USB + Fader Group behaviour

Simple solution: instead of using LINK add the fader of Speaker B to the group.

Your statement above seems inaccurate. The faders do not move in sync when using the mouse - they only do when you move the main fader, which is not the case when using the ARC USB in Speaker B mode. That equals moving the Speaker B fader, and that one will move alone with the mouse as well.

Perfect!
Now it works exactly as I need, I don't know why I didn't think of that....
Thanks Matthias.
