Topic: Arc USB not recognized (used with UCX) Windows 10

Hi,


My arc USB stopped working : when I plug it in my PC all the lights are dim lit but nothing happens, it doesn't control anything. I've tried:
- Updating drivers
- Updating UCX firmware
- Plugging into another computer : plugged it on my mac and tried installing the sysex update but the installer doesn't recognize the arc usb. I get the message ARC USB not found press talbalk and dim for programing mode which I did but no success.

No windows update has been done to my knowledge.
The ARC USB doesn't even appear in device manager. All USB are on and working properly and no other midi device is connected.

Is the unit under warranty? Please contact the retailer for service options.

Yes I got it in December so it should be. It’s weird though that it just stopped working...
