Topic: Puzzling pop-up

Hi, I just received a pop-up message when I fired up my MacBook that said “Legacy System Extension / Existing software on your system loaded an extension signed by ‘RME GmbH’ which will be incompatible with a future version of macOS. Contact the developer for support”

I have no idea if this is actually RME-related, or if it’s malware or what. Has anyone else seen something like this? For reference I’m on a 2016 MacBook running iOS ver 12.4. My interface is a UCX II.

Plenty on the forum if you can find it. And it is true, RME is writing a new driver which is now beta 4.04. Is not nice apple!!!

No apologies needed! Search does work, but it is still not easy to find, if you don,t know what you are looking for. It just that I read on the forum regularly, so I knew about this.
