Topic: Deactivate 'Fireface USB Settings' dialog on every startup

Hey there.

Is there a way to turn off the 'Fireface USB Settings' dialog that shows up on every start up??

It's very annoying, because I used the dialog maybe 2-3 times but saw it more than 200-300 times.

Could you kindly provide information about your system ?

Put it e.g. in the signature otherwise everybody has to look in older postings from you again and again.
- Operating System / version
- recording interface, driver, version

Yeah, sorry, you are totally right!

Here the information:
- Mac OS Monterey
- Mac Book Pro M1
- Fireface UC
- Total Mix Version 1.75

The dialog I am talking about is this one:

In the next driver generation (currently in beta phase) we will try to change this behaviour.

Hi MC, is there any plan for the driver utility integrated into Mac's top menu bar as well? maybe even with right-click menus to switch sample rate, that would be a great QoL improvement.

Hi There , I am new to RME and found this thread on a google search , I have FireFacew USB settings v4.07  and this also open on start up every time , is there a way to stop this ?

No details which Driver Variant/Version you use - no detailed answers possible...

If on "old" kext drivers, look here, and read the following posts:

On current DK Drivers, I did not notice this behavior.
Also check your Configuration in Settings-General-Startup Items.
