Topic: No sound from websites/ youtube - Fireface UFX II - SOLVED

EDIT: Amazing. Somehow....no idea how...sound was muted in Windows 10 settings specifically for Google Chrome. Can you believe it? No idea whatsoever how that happened.

I hope all my RME friends are doing well.


Hey I just installed this loudness software called Youlean Loudness Meter Pro 2 and now there's no sound from youtube, Soundcloud or any site on the web. The meters in Totalmix are blank. My DAW plays sounds properly. Mp3s in my computer play properly. Only stuff on the internet won't play. Any ideas?

Check Windows Sound settings, whether the WDM device
- the speaker device that you configured in the RME driver settings for Windows (OS) and non-ASIO capable applications -
is still configured as standard sound device.
