Topic: Fireface UFX+ Monterey Warning

Today I powered on my Fireface UFX+ and Monterey displayed a window warning, telling something like:

"some RME applications will be not compatible with the future updates of Monterey"

There was a button of "More Information" in the warning window, that opens the following link in the browser:

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT210999

My configuration:
MacBook Pro 15-inch mid 2015 running Monterey 12.4
Fireface UFX+ connected via Thunderbold
Last flash update installed: 2022-05-16
I have installed only thunderbold drivers: version 1.21 (2020-11-27)
Totalmix FX version 1.70

Please, could you update the driver and/or Totalmix to keep compatibility of future updates of Monterey?

Thanks.

Re: Fireface UFX+ Monterey Warning

This has been discussed here many times already. RME already has a beta driver in testing, you don't need to worry.

Thanks Jeff, thanks for your fast reply.

Re: Fireface UFX+ Monterey Warning

Is there an update to this?

I just updated to Monterey 12.5 today and my UFX+ will not work.  If I try to set it as my audio interface for OSX it crashes and restarts my computer.  I uninstalled my UFX+ and reinstalled Monterey and it does not help.

Re: Fireface UFX+ Monterey Warning

My UFX+ is working fine with Monterey 12.5, connected via thunderbolt.

Check that you have installed last drivers and last firmware.

The update for the message error is not available.
