Topic: I use it for 12mic. The DC mobile battery switch itself will be turned

DC power is turned off when 12mic is operated simultaneously with AC and DC.

The DC power switch itself is turned off.

The DC power source is a 50000mAh mobile battery.
It is 12V output.

After 2 hours of turning on the power in the morning, the power of the mobile battery itself turns off by itself.

The browser control alerts me that there is a "power loss."
When I go to check it, the power of the mobile battery turns off by itself.

When I turn on the mobile battery again, the
The mobile battery will not turn off until it is fully discharged throughout the day.
The power of the mobile battery does not turn off until the mobile battery is fully discharged during the day. This always happens about 2 hours after starting work.

I bought a different model of battery and tried it.
That model also drops out in the same way.

Is there anything I can think of? Is there a firmware solution?

The 12Mic uses whatever is present. If both power sources are present then the higher voltage source will be used. Depleting the battery while AC is present is not possible, as soon as the battery is below 12V only AC will be used.

Batteries with internal electronics often switch off when a certain minimum current is not reached. This might be the reason your battery 'turns off'. This is not under our control. You might find batteries where this auto standby feature is missing or can be switched off, but again that is not something the 12Mic can control.

Thank you for your response.

We have not had this problem in the past during operation. I was concerned because the firmware had recently been upgraded.

I was worried because I had recently upgraded the firmware. I wondered.
I bought a different model and the same thing happened.
I became worried.

There is no firmware for this function, it is hardware only and identical in all revisions of the 12Mic.
