Topic: Transfer settings from UCX to UCXII

Is there a way to transfer the routing and other settings from the UCX to the UCXII? I can't seem to get Totalmix with the UCXII to read any of the Workspace files from the UCX. Which is weird since the UFXIIs and other UCX(1) we have can load each others workspace files with no problem.

This is a problem for us as we have several studios, and by making Totalmix routing and channel names as similar as possible it is easier to switch between the rooms.

If it isn't possible to directly do this we need an export function of Workspaces from UCX to UCXII.

UCX and UCX II are not compatible - different number of channels.

Yes. But a tool that allowed for easy transfer of settings between interfaces would have been a nice feature that shouldn’t be that hard to make.

Also it is weird how I could use the workspace from UFXII to set up both our original UCXs. If the amount of channels is the reason it doesn’t work.
