Hi all. I just purchased a used Fireface UFX and plugged it in and started testing it out. Everything seems to be in order except for the FX. I can't seem to get anything to come out of the FX OUT from the reverb, and when I enable the Echo, it shows a constant signal that LOOKS like digital feedback, but nothing is coming out of the speakers.

You can see my mixer settings in this video. I'm HOPING that I just have something set wrong, but I'm guessing that I might just have a broken unit. I've tried updating the firmware, two different versions of the drivers, and on two different computers (both running Windows 10).

Is there anything else I can try, or should I initiate a return with the seller. I really hope not as I've been waiting for this thing for a while and was really excited to get started with it, and my temp rig until I get a new interface going isn't ideal.
