I believe so. for ESS you have to go 2/4 Pro SE

I belive AKM has resumed some production. This article from october 2022 says something about it.

There are 13 ADC and DAC models named here. All the names suggest multichannel DAC/ADC´s. I suspect the car industry is on the waiting list for alot of those. 4458 and 5558 is on the list. So maybe RME can get their "moment to shine" with fantastic UCXII. I got one quick, but seems to me there is alot of backorder around.

4490 series is mentioned as evaluation samples of a new revision to their popular HIFI DAC series AK4490R and AK4493S.
