Topic: UFX ii + ARC USB blinking then talkback dim light only. (Not working)

On arc and function keys menu:
I see Not available.

So, basically, I got my UFX ii and trying to set it up with my previous RME UFX mk1 workspace.
Totalmix has been loaded exactly, but ARC USB does not seem to function right away...?

Very strange.
I thought I need to install something..


I connected directly to UFX ii back panel USB remote.


What would the issue be...?

I fixed it! by reconnecting USB connection at the back more firmly!
