Topic: FF800 and Monterey 12.5 & 12.6

Hi !
My fireface 800 stopped working under Monterey 12.5 and then 12.6 after update. It is not recognized anymore by the computer on the TB4 port.
It is perfectly working on my macbook i7 (Mojave) threw firewire 800 cable and FW800 to TB2 adapter.
I ordered a second TB2 to TB4 adapter from Apple thinking that it was the guilty part but the interface is still not recognized by the computer.

I went threw driver install, uninstall, re install with no success (booted in recovery and used kmutil command line )

I am now out of options.

Do you have any clue on how to get it back to work smile

Have you tried downgrading or restoring back to 12.5?

Hi ! The problem appeared on 12.5 while it was working like a charm.

I had to put everything in boxes for 3 weeks, when I reinstalled my set up I could never get the FF800 to work again ( since Friday night)

I upgraded to 12.6 hopping that kext security fixes would makes things better as some users here got it working.
