Topic: RME uc Issue

Hi,

I tried to connect a midi keyboard to the RME uc interface, but the midi i/o does not appear in the preferences of my daw (ableton live ), like the other midi in and outs.

I have the latest drivers , should I do something that I'm missing ?

Please deliver all relevant information.

What MIDI device did you connect and how exactly?

Specify the version number of the driver and firmware of your recording interface explicitly. This is the only way to make sure that the latest driver and firmware versions are really in use to avoid any mistakes and to waste no time.

What OS / version do you use?
What version of Ableton do you use?

Did you try another
- MIDI cable or did you ensure that it is working?
- Software/DAW which uses MIDI to crosscheck / exclude that this might be a DAW issue?

Did you contact RME support per mail? This is the user forum.
