Topic: flash update not working

Hello

My OS had a problem I needed to bring my laptop to the shop to reinstall OS and Totalmix after that didn't open anymore, I see that my current revision is 360 and the new is 361 so I downloaded the RME USB FLASH TOOL on the website to update it as Totalmix's window doesn't show up anymore BUT when I click update nothing happens only the "quit" and the "fireface serial number" blinks but it doesn't seem to load anything

can someone help please ? in the meantime I can not use my FIREFACE UFX

I'm on macOS high sierra 10.13.6

The totalmix software is with the drivers for UFX

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers,

of course I tried to reinstall everything...
I did it twice but then I saw that I needed the USB flash update too which is impossible to do as it doesn't update anything so my totalmix still doesnt open

Why you think you need the firmware update?

Can you open the Fireface USB Series Settings dialog to control the unit?
