Topic: USB/Thunderbolt which one for ufx+??

I'm using window desktop

I heard that in the musical workflows, we don't need the thunderbolt connection even it has large bandwidth.

So, as I'm using windows and ufx+, is there any benefits if I choose thunderbolt?

Thunderbolts max cable length is 2 m, USB3 3 m.
Thunderbolt cables are usually pricier.
The Thunderbolt driver allows for pitch.
If you do not need the MADI software playback channels or if you do not route MADI over the USB connection, then you can also use USB2, which allows for less expensive cables with a maximum cable length of 10 m.
If you require longer cable length, then the corning USB3 optical solutions might be less expensive compared to TB.
You can get a 10 m long corning cable for around €150 (hint: eBay price proposal saves you ~€5).
