I've been using IEMs with my Babyface Pro FS (through the 3.5mm jack on it) and recently got speakers so I connected them to the XLR outs. I've configured my mix so that my computer outputs system audio to both the speakers and IEMs, but is there a way to use the EQ software (Peace) to EQ only my IEMs and not my speakers on this configuration?
This is my current mix for outputting both to speakers and IEMs.
Use the Loopback function of Totalmix to send the unprocessed system audio to the Peace software and route this signal also to the speakers.
The processed signal from the Peace is available hopefully on other channels than the system audio, take care of feedback !
This processed signal is for routing to the iem.
Can the Peace software select different output channels ? It seems to be the case as software playback 3/4 has a signal.
The Peace software does not provide a dry output beside the wet output ? This would be best for you.
There is a signal on AN1 input, is it relevant for this case ?

I've watched some videos of loopback in TotalMix FX, but I'm still not quite sure how it works. Here I've set ADAT 7/8 as my loopback channel taking system audio (ADAT 3/4) and routing the ADAT 7/8 input to my speakers (AN 1/2) but it doesn't seem to be working. What am I doing wrong here?
You have to lift the fader Adat 3/4 in the middle row now to provide the system audio to the speakers.
At moment there is nothing going to the speaker, all faders are down.
In the Peace software you have to select input channel 7/8 this is the Loopback signal.
Select output channel 1/2 or 5/6 etc. ( in the Peace software) !
I'm not sure Loopback is the answer here. Peace is just a GUI for EqualizerAPO, which is installed to specific windows output devices. There's no input and ouput that you can select like in most audio software.
To get around this I think you would need to use two different outputs in windows, with EqualizerAPO only installed on one of them. This does mean you would need to manually switch output devices in windows.
To do this, decide which two windows output devices/software playback channels you want to use, and then use the EqualizerAPO configurator to install EqualizerAPO to one of them. Then, route the software playback channel with EqualizerAPO installed to your IEM output in TotalMix and the other output without EqualizerAPO to your speaker output in TotalMix.
Then use windows to select the output device/software playback channel without EqualizerAPO installed and you should hear the non-EQed audio on your speakers, then select the output device/software playback channel with EqualizerAPO and you should now hear your EQed audio in your IEMs.
If you want, you could install EqualizerAPO to both output devices/software playback channels and use device specific EQ profiles. That would allow you to EQ your speakers as well.

Perhaps you could use extra WDM:s to achieve this without having to change output devices?
