Is it OK to plug and unplug the USB cables that connect your UFX II to your computer (specifically, a MacBook Pro) while both the Fireface and the Mac are running?  I know with some protocols (FireWire, SCSI, etc) you definitely should not do this.  I believe with USB it's fine, but wanted to check.
