Topic: OVR on Output but not on Software Playback

I play sounds from the computer. Software Playback fader in Totalmix is set to 0dB, as well, as Output channel fader. In some moments Output meter shows me OVR, but it doesn’t happens on Software Playback meter. All other channels are muted. Accept moments with OVR, numerical level display shows me the same values on Software Playback and Output meters. Can someone explain me how is it possible and what cause this behaviour?
If this would be intersample peaks, the software playback meter should show me that also, yes? But OVR is only on Output meter.

TM FX Level Meters do not know intersample peaks and don't show them. They work traditionally with the set number of consecutive maximum samples as defined in TM FX Preferences. That said I can not reproduce such effects. Playback and hardware row show overs always fully synchronized.

Is there perhaps some eq applied to the output channel? Wild guess I know, but...

There is no EQ turned on. I observed this behoviour in studio where I work on UFX+. Totady I checked this in my home, on Babyface Pro FS (but on same computer), and I have the same result: 0dB on Software Playback channel and OVR on Main Out. Very strange.

Any noise from an input could cause this, simply silent is not enough, all inputs should be muted
