Topic: Babyface Pro - OSX 10.13 not working

Hi,

I want to install the BABYFace Pro on an old mac Pro 10.13.6

What i probably did, is I got disturbed, so I didn't click the ALLOW button inside Security and Privacy in time (I had 30 minutes to do so)

So now I see a "Some System software was blocked from loading"

For sure it is the RME Driver that is blocked.

I searched all over the internet and tried this thing in Terminal : $ spctl kext-consent disable

But still doesn't work.

How can I get rid of this message in Security and Privacy ?

I'm sure the key is there...

Or anything else ?

If there is a View button there, click it and all the blocked extension will be shown. You can then choose which to allow.

If not, run the RME installer again, then check the same place before you reboot the Mac.

Don't know how to post a screenshot, but no "View" button in system preferences

I see Allow..  I click it, nothing happens

I see "Advanced..." but not there

And it's the 3rd time I re-install..

Unlock the padlock on the bottom left, enter your password, then you can click Allow

Did that the first time...

I think it doesn't work because I waited too long before clicking Allow..  (more than 30 minutes)

So run the installer again, then it should come back.

I see in System Report... -> Software->Disabled Software

com.audio.driver.UAFWAudio
de.rme-audio.driver.RMEFirefaceUSB

So they are disabled...

It would be more informative to know which of the tips it was that helped you. 90% of that stuff is the same that we explain in pdfs and readme for a year at least.
