Topic: Power supply UCX 11 very touchy!

Hi all, just got the UCX II and I’am in heaven.  But I’am having issues with the power supply  ,  any touches to the cable and it goes on and off ,  is this normal?  I have a sticker on the cable saying lock tab .. but it does not lock .. I’am using the power supply that came with the unit .. is there a resolution to this

May you try to push it harder into.
Dou you see the winglets at the plug ?
And the opening position at the units power socket ?
The winglets have to go into the unit then twist.
