Topic: Fireface UCX is not shown in sound devices on my Mac

I tried to install v3.27 and 3.28 drivers while I was on Monterrey, as well as 4.06 beta, after I upgraded to Ventura, and saw the same behaviour with all of them:

I install the driver, open preferences, click Allow, reboot my Mac, and as a result Fireface sound device is not shown anywhere in the system.

My Fireface's firmwave v is 46, but I can not update it with the flash tool. I click Update button and nothing happens.
Also this is my work mac, so I can not boot in recovery mode. Any ideas how to solve this? I really like the card and do not want to sell it.

Then update the UCX firmware on a different computer. You can not do that on your work Mac.
