Topic: Where can I find the serial number for the Fireface UFX II?

I want to register my Fireface UFX II but I can't find the serial number.  There's nothing evident on the case.  I have the box it came in, and it has several numbers, but I don't know which if any is correct.  Thanks for any help.

Open Totalmix.
In the top right corner you should see the name of your interface, when you click on the name the number appears.

H, I have UFX II and am using the latest driver and TotalMix version as of May 15th, 2023 and do not see a serial number or anything when I click on the name "Fireface UFX II (1)"...

So then, how else I can find the serial number without taking the unit out of the rack?

Serial number under Windows: Device Manager, Audio and Video Controller, Interface name, Properties, Details, Bus reported Device description.

The TM FX trick only works on Mac OS.

hello I am from Mumbai India.. i bought fireface ucx in March 2016 but now we have trouble suit  preamp XLR/Line both channel input is not signal responding or to not recordable pls suggest me for solution
