Hello. I use the UCX II primary as a desktop interface and in the same room as where I sleep. I don't need the screen to remain on 24/7, if at all. I understand the engineers implemented an Auto Dark mode for the ADI-2 DAC, it would be fantastic to have this feature for the UCX II as well.
It would also be great to have an option to turn off all LEDs during this dark mode too.
I agree, this option would be nice.

+1, as this would also increase the limited lifespan of OLED's.

An option to reduce brightness instead of contrast, like for the ADI-2 DAC, would be nice for me.

What for is your UCX (and the computer) on 24/7?

i couldn't return to home for 18 days, that wasn't planned, when i returned i admited that i forgot to switch off ucx 2, so it's display worked for about 432 hour

I've been wanting to upgrade to and buy a UCX II, but like yales, I keep the interface on my desk in the same room where I sleep.
Not having AutoDark Mode and Auto Standby is a blocking issue for me. So please consider porting those features over from the ADI-2. Dark Display Mode or LCD Brightness would be welcome additions too but not strictly necessary for me.
