Topic: Digiface USB & Digiface HDSP PCI on same system

I'd like to just add the new Digiface USB to my current system based on the Digiface HDSP.  I have read that both units will not work at the same time because only 1 driver can be in use. That's OK. But...

Do i need to uninstall the HDSP drivers or can I just disable the device in Device Manager.  Then be able to pick between either unit by enabling/disabling either one.

I got the USB unit because I've had a system gremlin appear a few times the past couple years.  I want to try the USB Digiface and see if the system stays solid.  If I have both units installed w/ the ability to pick between the 2 it will give me the ability for some trial & error testing.

I have Windows 10 & run Cubase & Wavelab

Thank you.

There is zero issue, just do it. What you have read was either wrong or you stated it in a misleading way - both interfaces can't be used at the same time with ASIO because they have separate drivers, but work very well within the system.
