Topic: UCX II not recognized on win 10

Hi all,
When I connected my UCX II interface to my laptop this morning it wasn't recognized by windows 10. When I connect it to an usb2-port I get the following error-massage in device-manager:
"Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request failed)"
and under device status:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
Whe I connect it to the usb-c port a windows pops up: "Power surge on the USB port Unknown USB Device needs more power than the port can supply."
audio-functions are working.
I reinstalled newes drivers, changed usb-cables... no change.
The UCX II is quite new (december 2022).
Thanks for any help!

Re: UCX II not recognized on win 10

Is it possible to test wether it is a hardware-error before I send it to service?

Re: UCX II not recognized on win 10

Have you tried another power supply and/or another cable?

Thanks for your answer!
Yes I tried different cables and different ports. I don't have another power supply, but all audio functions are working fine, so I think Power supply is ok...

How did it turn out, is the problem solved?

I do have the same problem, but on my PC it isn't recognised at all, but on a other PC there is the same issue U described above.
