When I open the FF Settings, the Sample Rate Label changes color, it is getting darker and bold.
Is that normal behavior?
What does it mean?

If the word turns red that means a problem, it is described in the user manual.
Black color means normal to me. It works as selected by you. All is fine.

It is not selected by me, it changes color in the first few seconds after the Settings window is opened.

That dark bold effect is a graphics error happening on some systems due to strange graphics cards behaviour. Just ignore it.
