play movie as PC's potplayer ->rme adi-2 dac fs->2.0 speaker, convert movie's 5.1 voice->2.0  in PC's potplayer then input the 2.0 voice  to dac, or directly input the 5.1 voice to dac, which is better?

ADI needs 2.0 (= normal stereo) signals.
Convert in the PC.
