Hello,

I've exported a 7.1.4 File in Cubase and set up all the channels to my RME 802.
LR -> 1/2
C -> 3
LFE ->4
Side 5/6
Surround 7/8
Atmos 9/10 and 11/12 which works great in Cubase

But:
If I want to play back the audio file in VLC or in wwise to check if everything is working properly, everything is working fine up to 7.1 but then the atmos (9/10 and 11/12) are played back again on speaker 1/2 and 3/4. So they are adding up the the wrong outputs.
So I guess windows is maximal capable to route everything up to 7.1 but not the atmos?
What am I doing wrong?

How can I tell windows to play the atmos on the right corresponding speaker to my RME 802
