Topic: Running HDSPe AES-32 cards in a Magma Expansion chassis

Running a Mac "Cheesegrater" and would like to add more converters to the setup. Can I purchase a Magma expansion chassis and populate it with multlple HDSPe cards to connect to my converters? Are there challenges to having this work?

If this works:

1) Are there best Magma PCIe cards to get for the mac that allows the system work better or have lower latency than others?

2) Is there a limit to the number of HDSPe cards that can be run from a Magma chassis?

3) Are there specific requirements of the Magma Chassis or interfacing board inside of the chassis that should be sought (or stayed clear from)?

4) Does this increase latency of audio, if so, by how much?

Big big thanks!!

No one has experience to share running these in expansion chassis??

Usually it works. The only thing I can specifically answer is 4 - no added latency.
