Topic: [Solved] Firewire 400 & Mac Studio not connecting

Hi

Fireface 400 (latest firmware) > Firewire Cable > Apple Firewire to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter > Apple Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 Adapter
All connecting to rear thunderbolt port on Mac Studio running Ventura 13.2.1

I have taken the Reduced Security steps and installed the latest RME driver

Fireface Settings app not opening and Totalmix not seeing any audio device

Fireface 400 still working perfectly on my 2016 iMac running Monterey

Are there any other steps to take? People seem to have the Fireface 400 running on Ventura according to some older threads

Any help massively appreciated

The latest RME driver is which one?

After reboot from Security you installed the driver? And allowed it to load?

I had missed a Privacy and Security setting in Mac OS System Settings - I suppose because the layout is a little different in Ventura

Working well now ; )
