Topic: X touch one causes digital glitch

Hi,

I’m using an x touch one DAW controller, and noticed when DI recording guitars there is a digital ‘clip’ or glitch occasionally on the recording.

If I disconnect the x touch, it’s fine.

Anyone any clue what would cause the issue. It seems the x touch is placing a load somewhere whereby the UFX / DAW can’t cope?

I’ve had apple on the phone for 90 mins and can’t identify why this is the case.

Was the power connector wiggling in the X-touch ?

No, it's on a desk etc, no wiggling.
