Greetings,
Is it normal that i got some noise/crackles/pops sounds from my speakers when i move the cables going to speakers from line-out of my UCX II interface ? Do i have broken unit or is this just normal ? When the unit is just normally on my desk everything is fine but when i move it a way that cables are moving as well i got those noises.
Sounds like bad cables to me.
Cables are new, balanced Roland TRS-XLR.

Some of the tiny coppers inside the cable might be broken.
Also new cables can have this issue.
Send back for exchange to other new cables.
Process of elimination. Does it happen with both cables, left and right? Remove one, check, try other, check, swap them over. You should be able to work out from this if it's the unit, or one or both of the cables, and which channel is affected.
both cables or outputs make the noise, maybe i'll try some other cables and let see..
