Topic: Mac M1 Max Update havoc: Due to Fireface UCX?

When I try to update my Mac Studio I always have to reinstall everything from scratch and restore my system from my latest backup, see [1]
Could this be caused by my Fireface UCX or how likely is it that the update failure is caused by the soundcard connected?

Hi
I never had an issue with macOS updates since I have RME kernel extension drivers (both for USB and FireWire) installed. Not on Ventura and also not on Monterey before.

UCX - FF 400 - Babyface pro - Digiface USB - ADI-2 (original)
Mac mini M1 - Macbook pro - iPad Air2
