I'm not sure if this is a TotalMix request or an ARC USB request but I would love the ability to have submix focus in the TotalMix window follow the selected ARC Volume Phones 1, Volume Phones 2, Volume Phones 3, Volume Phones 4, Volume Main.

What I mean by this is, if I select Volume Phones 1 (Vol PH 1) on the ARC, I want to see the submix for Phones 1 displayed in TotalMix (just as if I were mouse clicking on Phones 1 output in the lower row within the TotalMix window). If I select Volume Phones 2 on the ARC, I want to see the submix for Phones 2 displayed in TotalMix, etc.

Or at least an option to save submix focus as part of a Snapshot or Layout preset.

Hope this makes sense.

That makes sense in my opinion.
Just like request for being able to reorder channels or being able to color code the channels etc.

Someone even requested to have mutiple tabs that store "visual" configurations. Meaning that routing's the same, but there you could have completely different order and colors and names for channels and coudl quickly change between them.

When you have 128+ channels, that starts to make a lot of sense smile

Unfortunately TotalMix isn't very "dynamic" or "highly customizable" as such and it has quite a long history, thus it's code base is probably pretty large and complex. So any development that would overhaul the UI isn't very probable without large effort.. sad

I do hope that once DigiCheck NG has stabilized and RME can spare the development resources back to TotalMix, it'll get the update it deserves to be much more flexible smile
