Topic: UFX+ with Real Time Portal

Im posting this request in multiple sites.
Please comment and suggest even the wildest possibilities.
I'll report back with results.
I purchased an Icon Real Time Portal from Sweetwater for remote low latency recording
I've gotten it working with an inexpensive class compliant stereo interface.
I want to run it with my UFX+, and haven't been successful so far.
I've booted the UFX+ in class compliant mode (too late last night/this morning).
Today I'll start with setting up some TotalMix routing presets.
I suspect it may want straight channel routing for maybe just the 1st 2 inputs or maybe stereo pair.
Also so far haven't gotten any output at phone outs.
Next ( first thing this morning after i get out of the tub) I'll test 1&2 in/1&2 out.

User manual page 97 :
The UFX can be pre-configured for CC mode via TotalMix FX under Windows/Mac by saving up
to 6 configurations into its setup memory, see next chapter.

Double posting in the same forum will not improve your work.
Give yourself more time and work with the user manual.

thank you for your quick response!!!
Yes i already used the manual. I'm a big believer in RTFM, and I love my hard copy RME manuals!
I also have the manual on my phone and use it there as well.
I had already configured CC mode.
Problem was due to mic input numbering.
Interim solution was to use HW inputs 1&2 with an external preamp, since I've got music to make, and I had to get the system up and running quickly.
As said in my post I will test some TotalMix routing configurations next time i can have system down time.
I will report back on whether the RealTimePortal meets it's promise of low latency live music.
I'll be testing an Arizona to California link later today (around 900 miles).
