Topic: Rotary encoder has stopped working?

Any thoughts as to why the Rotary encoder would not work on my RME UFX.  This happened right after I put a repaired power supply back in the unit

Otherwise works fine

A disconnected cable inside by mistake ?

I actually opened it up tonight to see if any of the connector cables had been dislodged
.  I tapped and wiggled but nothing changed.  Good thought though
