Topic: TotalMix ADAT inputs different on PC and MAC

I can't figure this one out.  I got a Mac Mini Pro to use as a dedicated recording machine.  Everything works well.  The Kemper going into the XLR inputs of the Babyface Pro FS and it works GREAT.  I also have a pedal board plugged into my old Focusrite 18i20, hooked up via optical and set to ADAT with the Babyface Pro FS and it shows as only the right side coming in AN1/2.  If I switch over to my PC (Babyface on a USB switch), suddenly the Tonex pedalboard is coming through ADAT3/4 and sounds loud and crisp. 

Why would the inputs be different from one machine to another?  I can't get the MAC to see anything coming through ADAT3/4.

Check the sample rate on both machines. One seems to run at 44/48, the other at 96 kHz.
