After update driver and fut update version 2023-07-17,
The machine cannot detect host.
and rme screen turned on but nothing shows.
I reinstalled driver and fut update but nothing works.
I even delete all driver and reinstalled from CD. but same thing.
Please help !!

I use window 11 pro
This is what happened so far.
First, I installed latest driver. And it looked OK.
But when I installed fut update, It showed numbers of error.
So I reinstalled fut update, It showed more error.
And than screeen showed something like "CS-with-some-letters."
So when I turned off and on, the screen turned on but nothing showed on screen.
And nothing is turned on except empty screen.
I tried installing from original driver from CD, but it didn't work.
I also tried to reset by pushing Mic/Gain+headphone1 button and turned on, but it didn't work either.
I went to another computer and start fresh, none worked.

I'm so lost.

Ouch this looks to me like a failed flash.
I had an Eventide Harmonizer with similar problem.
After doing the flash update again about 10 times it went ok.
May you try to reflash it a few times ?
It is not possible to flash a unit that is not connecting via USB anymore...
Yes, the flash update failed for an unknown reason. The only way back to life is contacting your local distributor which might be able to re-flash the unit back to life.

I reached korean distributer which is soundcat.com.
And they said they don't fix in korea but they will have to send to you to fix it.
I hope you aware of these matters and solve this issue for I've done nothing but installing flash update.
Will it cost a lot to re-flash the unit back to life If they send to fix it to the RME in asian district?

I will send it to korean distributer so that they will send to the RME and have them to look at it.
I regret that I've updated but I shouldn't suppose to know it will cause this incident.

It depends. If the initial error is a hardware defect (as in flash rom or rom control defective) then the unit needs to be shipped back to Germany. Otherwise it will be re-flashed in Hong Kong and returned to Korea.

Not at all. The Korean distributor will contact Hong Kong.

I finaly got an answer from korean distributor.
So, I accepted it to repair for the price they requested from Hong kong.
It is under repairing.
That is that.
Now, I have three PCs that have exactly same program and OS(win11pro).
I use UFX2 to plug and unplug one at a time to use it.
Only thing that makes me wonder is that
whether installing firmware on each every PC.
I know I must install the window driver on each PC.
But am I suppose to install firmware on each every PC ?
I heard I only need to install firmware on one PC.
I am not 100 percent sure.
Can you correct me to the right way of using it ?
( From now on, I'm going to use only one PC and stick with it for safety.
It's just my curiocity for other options. )

The firmware is inside the RME unit. Once it is updated on one system, the updated firmware is active everywhere.
