Topic: EQ won't disable properly on ADI-2 DAC fs

Hello,

I am encountering a problem with EQ. I read the manual first and did some testing.

I use EQ with 5 bands (PEAK) + 2 (B/T Shelf).

When I disable EQ from the EQ menu, I still hear the Bass gain (+5.5) from a saved profile even when the line is grey. My ears are not trained enough, but I guess all the profile is loaded.

To perfectly turn off EQ, I need to switch on an empty Preset.

Am i doing something wrong ?

Hardware revision : 80

B/T On/Off is independent from EQ On/Off. In your case you have to switch both off to get a fully flat response.

Nice, thank you for answering.

Edit : when switching off Load B/T w. Preset, it doesn't work. When using encoder 1/2 on default screen, the settings of the shelf remain. I can hear it too. On the graphical EQ they don't appear though.

Edit 2 : Oh you mean B/T in I/O settings ? It works as intended if i disable it.

Why not use B/T button on the remote?
